- Keep your receipt safe. We keep customer order data, but during high-volume periods, your receipt helps us locate your order quickly.
- To initiate a return, simply contact us via our contact page, the contact number, WhatsApp button, or any other method on our website.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Refunds are issued for the product amount only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund timing depends on your location, but we’re available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for return queries and support.
- Product exchanges may be possible, depending on the case and product availability.
- Items that arrive damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.
- If an item is returned without damage by the customer but is damaged during return shipping, we are unable to offer a refund.
