Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window for all eligible products.

  • Products are eligible for return or refund as long as they are not damaged by the customer.
  • Keep your receipt safe. We keep customer order data, but during high-volume periods, your receipt helps us locate your order quickly.
  • To initiate a return, simply contact us via our contact page, the contact number, WhatsApp button, or any other method on our website.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Refunds are issued for the product amount only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund timing depends on your location, but we’re available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for return queries and support.
  • Product exchanges may be possible, depending on the case and product availability.
  • Items that arrive damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.
  • If an item is returned without damage by the customer but is damaged during return shipping, we are unable to offer a refund.
